Marie-Louise has been making goodness since 2012. It all started with a need to support the growing family and a dogs broken leg.

With God’s guidance and courage we have grown Mari’s to truly enjoyable business.
The Crumbly Fudge is made in the traditional “ouma” style.

It is hard to the bite but crumbles away easily. We make our own condensed milk using milk from the happiest cows in Riviersonderend. Each batch is hand made by the most skilled ladies.

Caramel Fudge

This is our take on the traditional normal caramel fudge, elevated with a subtle touch of warmth. Built on the rich foundation of our homemade condensed milk, the caramel is cooked to perfect golden perfection. Just before it sets into its signature crumbly texture, we add a delicate hint of cinnamon. We use the exact same signature dark cocoa found in Oreo cookies to create a fudge that tastes remarkably like a rich, baked chocolate brownie.
